Mr & Mrs Gray, Mitcham, Surrey - " Firstly apologies for the delayed response to this email.... things have been really frantic while trying to organise the finishing touches to the kitchen and also arranging all the the other bits like the flooring, tiling and new windows.

My wife and I are very pleased with the kitchen which was installed W/C 11th June. I have to say that the build quality and the final look of the kitchen has surpassed out expectations. We always knew that the choice of wood, worktop and handles would look good, but the finished results are simply superb !

The finish and the excellent standard of the fit has to be credited to ‘Martin’ our fitter who was absolutely outstanding. He had great attention to detail and was very conscientious about ensuring that the fit was perfect.

I'd also like to comment that: I always feel a bit 'edgy' when builders trades persons etc. are in the house (something to do with having a strange person around) but Martin was an exception to this rule. He has a good nature, great sense of humour and ‘all in all’ was a pleasure to have around.

We would also like to thank you (and your team) for having patience while we decided on the type of flooring to install. Unfortunately this took a while to organise and cost, but the advice and non-pressured approach really helped us make the right decision.

Once again I'd like to express my thanks in arranging our kitchen as we are both very pleased with it."

Last Tuesday I had a phone call asking me if I wanted a new kitchen. Even though I had been thinking about getting one, I usually put the phone down with a terse "I'm not interested" but there was something about this call that kept me talking and agreeing to your designer calling.  So thank you, Mavis.  The designer came round the next day, measured, estimated and made it all sound so easy (and within my budget) that I agreed.  Keith phoned the next day to confirm that the kitchen would be installed the next Tuesday and would take three days maximum.  Friends and family were sceptical and were already lining me up for a future "Watchdog" programme.  But, at 7.30am on Tuesday,  Billy arrived and just kept going relentlessly until 12.30pm on Thursday. He had finished!  He had done a very professional job and the kitchen looks wonderful.  I can hardly believe that it all happened so quickly and efficiently and there were no hidden extras - I paid exactly what had been estimated.
 
So thanks a lot!  You are a great team. I will certainly recommend you to anyone who asks about new kitchens."

He worked non-stop, nothing was too much trouble, he communicated exactly what was happening when and why. His workmanship was second to none.

We are the very proud owners of a beautiful sleek kitchen. Everything works well and I am chuffed to bits with it. The whole layout of the kitchen works so well, I can hardly believe it and it is so easy to keep clean. Tiles, curtains and the like can wait, I am enjoying the room as it is.
